New Year's Eve Night Skiing at the Ergglen Ski Lift: On December 31, 2026, weather permitting, you can ski under the floodlights from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 Start the New Year with a bang! On Thursday, December 31, 2026, the Ergglen ski lift will be open for you until the evening, provided snow and weather conditions are good. You can look forward to floodlit slopes, crisp mountain air, and a view of the lights on Lake Lucerne.

Ergglen Ski Lift Operating Hours
Daytime operation: 8:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
Night skiing: 5:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

We’ll announce whether night skiing will take place by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2026, at the latest.
