What should I do if my card is defective?
Please go to a ticket counter at one of the partner resorts so that they can check the condition of your Magic Pass. If it is found to be defective (without intentional damage), your card will be replaced free of charge.
Can I load the Magic Pass onto the SwissPass or another data carrier?
The data carriers we use for the Magic Pass are single-use cards and cannot be transferred to the SwissPass or other data carriers. In general, only the physical Magic Pass 26/27 card gives access to the included services.
