Experience the fascination of snowshoeing in the beautiful winter wonderland on Klewenalp, high above Lake Lucerne.
This varied snowshoe hike takes you from the Klewenalp mountain station past the Klewen chapel. After a short crossing of the Ergglen ski slope, you reach the idyllic forest landscape. Many forest clearings offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains of Central Switzerland and the deep blue waters of Lake Lucerne.
The covered year-round Ergglen fireplace or the PanoramaBar, Klewenstock, Alpstubli and KlewenStube 1600 mountain restaurants invite you to take a leisurely break on the way back to the Klewenalp mountain station (opening times at www.klewenalp.ch).

- The snowshoe trail is marked along the entire route
- The Stollen viewpoint, which is accessible in summer, is not part of the route due to the steep, sloping terrain. Hike at your own risk!
- Inform yourself early and independently about the current snow and avalanche conditions

- Do not take any unnecessary risks and always monitor the weather
- Always stay on the marked route, avoid shortcuts
- Avoid forest edges, afforestation and small young growth
- Avoid game wherever possible
